BOBBY MEADER
As a Vegas native, Bobby started his restaurant career at 19 at The Bellagio back in 2007. After pursuing music as a career for 5 years, upon his return back to hospitality, he managed restaurants from French Brasseries, cocktail bars, to Michelin starred restaurants between Boston and Los Angeles. Living in LA for 2 years, he fell in love with tackling the “Best Of” lists from Eater. Best Italian Sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, burritos, and landing most on cheeseburgers.
He then began the quest to create the perfect smashburger at home, and then for friends, and once pandemic hit he made his move back to Las Vegas to start what is now Stay Tuned selling from Instagram DM's in his backyard. With a passion for business and food, Bobby has many plans for the growth of Stay Tuned. Bobby believes in teamwork and is stoked about having a team of hard working and accomplished individuals on the team as we prepare to take over the world!

JOE CERVANTES
Chef Joe Cervantes, a Queens native with over 20 years of kitchen management experience, landed in Las Vegas over a decade ago and hasn’t looked back. From the corporate world to consulting for small downtown businesses, Chef Joe has dipped his toes into multiple ventures, with a smile on his face - all while reminding everyone he’s from Queens (in case you missed it).
He and Bobby bonded over their food concepts at Vegas Test Kitchen, and alongside Alex, they built a dream team that thrives on strong BOH & FOH culture, knowing it’s the secret ingredient to success.

ALEX BRUSTAD
A Las Vegas native, Alex Brustad planted his roots in the downtown music and food scene. A passion for cooking and great hospitality led him to an opportunity with the one and only Bobby Meader. Teaming up with Bobby and Chef Joe at the Las Vegas Test Kitchen, the power trio created a one of a kind experience in downtown Vegas.
